Jo Garner | CEO/Founder, Strategic Grants

Jo established Strategic Grants in 2009 and later launched GEMS – now Australia and New Zealand’s largest online grant-seeking management system. She leads a team of 25 dedicated to building the capacity of for-purpose organisations and helping them secure funding to achieve their missions.

With a background in business, marketing, IT and fundraising, Jo has supported hundreds of organisations through effective funding and engagement strategies. A sought-after presenter at philanthropy and fundraising conferences, she is known for her engaging training style and strategic facilitation.

Loredana Fyffe, CEO, Sydney Community Foundation

Loredana Fyffe is the Chief Executive Officer of the Sydney Community Foundation and a board director for the network organisation, Community Foundations Australia. Loredana holds over 20 years’ experience in the philanthropic sector and has worked for organisations focused on creating local grassroots change and with international charities. She is passionate about Community Foundations and their ability to create lasting change.

Anna Le Masurier | Regional Head, Australia & New Zealand, Macquarie Group Foundation

Anna Le Masurier is the Regional Head of Macquarie Group Foundation in Australia and New Zealand. The Foundation is responsible for Macquarie Group’s strategic grant-making, social impact investment and staff community engagement across the region.

Rachel Kerry | CEO, CAGES Foundation

Rachel Kerry is the Chief Executive Officer of the CAGES Foundation, a Gadigal (Sydney) based family foundation that supports First Nations-led initiatives and community-driven solutions. Rachel has over twenty-five years’ experience in philanthropy and corporate responsibility with a background in financial services and responsible travel. Rachel joined the CAGES Foundation in 2011 and served as Executive Officer before being appointed CEO in November 2023. Prior to this she held roles at Westpac Foundation, Perpetual Limited and World Expeditions building expertise in strategic philanthropy, community engagement, partnerships and non-profit governance. Rachel also currently serves as a non-Indigenous Director for Ngimiliko Kunta, an Aboriginal-led organisation dedicated to centring First Nations languages, Cultures, and worldviews and is the Co Chair of the Cross Executive Group for Learning the Macleay, a place-based initiative on Dunghutti Country.
