You’ve created a strategy that makes great business sense - one that aims to strengthen your business model, create impact, and set a clear course for growth.

But now it feels like you're stuck.

Maybe you're in survival mode — constantly reacting, putting out fires, struggling to lift your gaze beyond the immediate challenges.

Or perhaps things feel steady, but strategic progress has stalled. The big-picture vision is gathering dust while your team grapples with day-to-day demands.

Either way, your strategy has lost momentum and is no longer moving in a forward direction. It's lost the energy it needs to keep cascading down through the layers of your organisation. It's no longer embedded as a top priority.

If that sounds familiar - it’s time to shift gears.

In this 90-minute interactive session, Rob Pyne, a business strategist and expert in unlocking team intelligence, will guide you through practical tools, case studies, and insights to help you:

Reconnect your team to the strategy – so it’s not just your vision, it’s everyone’s
Build rhythms and habits that drive weekly progress, even in unpredictable environments
Pinpoint energy leaks in your strategy execution – and learn how to reignite progress
Cut through the friction that stalls transformation and change

You’ll leave with practical resources, peer insights, and a renewed sense of focus and momentum.

Whether you're a CEO, executive, or team leader, this session will help you move from survival - or stall - into real, sustained strategic progress.
