Better Streets Australia invites you to Sydney's First GreenWay – An Ongoing Vision, a timely panel discussion examining one of NSW’s most significant active transport and public realm projects delivered in recent decades.

The Sydney GreenWay did not happen overnight. It required sustained advocacy, cross-boundary coordination, funding innovation and long-term commitment. This conversation will unpack what it really takes to deliver city-shaping infrastructure, and what Australian cities can learn from the journey.

Join our panellists Bruce Ashley (GreenWay visionary and advocate), Nick Chapman (former GreenWay Place Manager at Inner West Council), Kobi Shetty MP for Balmain (former Inner West Councillor), and Cr Kerrie Fergusson (current Inner West Councillor), as they join moderator Matt Faber for an engaging discussion exploring:

• How the GreenWay was imagined, funded and delivered
  

• The challenges of delivering long-term, cross-boundary urban infrastructure
  

• Lessons for future projects across Australian cities
