Outdoor yoga with beautiful Sydney Harbour views

Sydney… I'm coming home!

I grew up in Sydney, and although Brisbane is home now, Sydney will always hold a very special place in my heart.

So while I'm back in November, I'm bringing a little Sparkling Soul Yoga with me.

Join me for a beautiful 60-minute outdoor yoga practice at Clark Park, Lavender Bay surrounded by fresh air and stunning Sydney Harbour views.

This is your opportunity to slow down, move your body, breathe deeply and reconnect with yourself - while enjoying one of Sydney's most beautiful settings.

What to expect

✨ Mindful movement
✨ Mobility, strength and flexibility
✨ Breathwork
✨ A welcoming, inclusive practice
✨ Options to suit different bodies and experience levels
✨ Beautiful outdoor surroundings
✨ Time to pause, breathe and reconnect

You don't need to be flexible. You don't need to have done yoga before. You simply need to arrive as you are.

About Kym

I'm Kym, founder of Sparkling Soul Yoga based in Brisbane.

My teaching is inclusive, accessible and grounded in the belief that yoga is for everybody and every body.

With a background in exercise physiology and extensive yoga training, I love creating classes that support movement, wellbeing and connection without pressure to perform or achieve a particular shape.

And because my parents still live in North Sydney, this class really does feel like coming home.
