SYDNEY, I MISS YOU! : A Lesbian/Queer Social Gathering

And here we are again. Yet, this time, in a not so unfamiliar room. Loud chatter, a touch, a nice to see you again, a gentle smirk. The telling of an old tale, new again. I've missed you. 

Welcome to Third Rodeo's first Sydney Saturday night! This event is a social networking event designed for you to stimulate intriguing conversation and make meaningful relationships.

7.00 PM - 12.00 AM ⭐

Come join us on the evening of Saturday 25 May for social drinks at The Rio Bar, Summer Hill. It is a casual, but charming atmosphere, privately booked out for you to socialise among the Lesbian/Queer community. Grab your bloody shiraz from the bar and turn strangers into dearest companions. 

The Rio Bar Venue has 4 designated spaces: 

1. Outside tables 

2.  Level 1 floor

3. Smokers courtyard 

4. Upstairs level

THE BREAKDOWN: 

We'll greet ya at the door, tick ya name off and give you a name card. 

🍷 Name Game: Get given a guests name upon arrival and make it your mission to find them. There’s a question on the back to ask if you’d like. Note: Once you ask someone their name, even if it is NOT your person, you must exchange questions!! The connections are boundless.

🍷 Card Games: Fancy an extreme, competitive game of Uno? We'll have some card games available on the night. Invite someone new into your group. Or if you fancy a particular game, you're more than welcome to bring your own. 

🍷 Call me cards: I have cards displayed around the venue. If you fancy someone or want to keep in contact with someone write down your details and give it to them. Works like a charm! Make sure you give it to someone and not just leave it in the bowl. I will message you shockingly unfunny memes the next day as punishment! 

This is operating at a licensed venue. Please do not BYO. This event is designed for persons 20+. Photography will be present. Please note that you will be exposed to a large crowd and loud music at this event. Please be mindful and respectful to the venue property <3

Third Rodeo Background

THIRD provides a safe dedicated Lesbian/Queer space for people in their 20s+ to make connections. The vibe is relaxed, charming, a bit raunchy at times, but most importantly its a safe community. Come solo or with pals - whatever you decide, you will be left made with real connections.

We've hosted several successful events in Naarm/Melbourne and now Sydney! I've personally met all my beautiful queer friends through this. I understand how daunting it may be to rock up alone and speak to people, but you'll soon realise that everyone wants the same thing and that everyone is so incredibly friendly. If you haven't already seen my Tiktoks or Instagram, the vibe is like The Planet from the L Word - HAHA!
