We all need to create time and space to get still. To go within. To reconnect with our wisdom, to be present and ground. To release, to detox, that which has come along for the ride, yet is weighing us down and no longer serving our highest Soul purpose. To rebuild and restrengthen our healthy boundaries. To reset our clear intentions, in alignment with our Soul’s true nature and our Soul’s path. To create the healthiest version of ourselves. To embody and emanate our true radiance and power.

We require more quiet time, more stillness, more presence, more space, to stop and go within, when we are imbalanced. When we are not our most powerful, vibrant, radiant, healthy selves, we must walk a little lighter, dive a little deeper, hold ourselves with more love and gentleness.

Following on from our last Sacred Red Tent Circle: Menstrual Alchemy,

Next month we will sit in a deeply nurturing and supportive space, we will go within and look at how we can create deep self care practice, when we are not experiencing or connecting with our true Menstrual Alchemy.

Painful menstruation. Heavy menstruation. Chronic pelvic pain. Pelvic congestion syndrome. Endometriosis. Pelvic organs, ligaments and tissue, adhering together. Scar tissue. Chronic adrenal fatigue. Challenged Digestive health. Nausea. PMS. Hot flushes. Night sweats. Anaemia. PCOS. Fibroids. Adenomyosis. Bladder and bowel health. Painful sex. Endometriomas. Recurrent chocolate cysts. Recurrent miscarriage. Threatened Fertility. Infertility. Loss of employment. Loss of relationships. Loss of friendships. Loss of social life. Loss of income. Loss of career. Anxiety. Depression. Grief. Fragility.

This circle, with heart-centred intention, is set to create a practical supportive and loving space for Women who live with Endometriosis. Although this is the base topic of this circle, all other aforementioned menstrual health imbalances will be considered and held space for. This circle is not only for those who live with Endometriosis, but a beautiful opportunity to learn and create support for loved ones who may live with Endometriosis.

Endo can be a deeply overwhelming, all-consuming and deeply challenging illness at its worse. It may require immeasurable reserves of resilience to create and maintain health and wellness. Our deepest challenge…we still have so much to learn and understand about Endometriosis. What can we do now? How can we love and support ourselves and each other?

This Red Tent will be the very first of many, deeply nurturing circles with intention to provide practical education about self-care, while living with Endo. We will touch lightly, on a number of areas of care, including:

Nutrition, Naturopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine: acupuncture, herbal medicine, Types of pain and pain management, osteopathy, Arvigo Mayan Womb massage, myofascia massage, exercise, colonic hydrotherapy, improving menstrual health, yoni steaming, self-care; detoxification of xenoestrogens in our environment and in our body care products, meditation, aromatherapy, crystal therapy, pranic therapy, breathwork and art therapy.

What to expect:

We will begin like all Red Tent Circles: with a Welcome, grounding into sacred space, and a sharing with the talking stick.

Guided Meditation: connecting our womb with our heart.

Discussion about Endometriosis, and different natural therapies that can help ease symptoms.

Movement meditation: diving deeper into the wisdom of our body.

Art therapy: let your Soul speak to you through your hands.

Sharing and support for your sisters.

All aspects of our circles are known to all who come, as invitation only. Meaning, you are invited to be present in whatever way feels comfortable for you and honours you. If you wish to just simply be present and observe, this is perfect. If you wish to participate in meditation, process, activities, discussion and sharing, this is perfect too. Show up in a way that honours you, while supporting, respecting and honouring all Women present.

Red Tent a safe, sacred, deeply nurturing space for Women. A place for you to come and refill your cup! All that is shared and experienced within the circle is held with deep respect and confidentiality. You are always in a safe space within our sacred circle.

Our guest facilitator is Tam Zali from Tranquil Flower Moon.

Tam is a Red Tent facilitator in training, a Healing Arts Practitioner, and an Art Therapist in training. Tam has lived with Endometriosis for 24 years (since diagnosis at age 19) and struggled with challenging Moon Time (menstrual health and wellness), since starting her bleed at age 11. Tam is a fierce advocate for her own health and wellness while living with Endo, and passionate about holding supportive, healing and nurturing space for Women who live with Endometriosis.

Tam has in-depth experiential knowledge surrounding the multitude of challenges Women face living with Endo, as well as experience exploring a wide range of healing modalities and treatments: from western medicines, dreaded ‘clinical menopause’ drug Zoladex to Soul work: Akashic Record, Blue Print healing and everything in between! Knowing that our medical industries are not in a space where they can truly understand the cause or very nature of Endometriosis and are therefore yet to find effective treatment and care for Women, Tam feels a deep calling to share all that she has learned and continues to dive much deeper into the path of womb health, menstrual health, pelvic health and hormonal health.

Meet your Facilitator:
My name is Lunna. I came to Australia four years ago and have moved around for 20 years. Wherever I went, I always looked for connection with people. I am a shamanic reiki master. I have been initiated into the Munay-Ki lineage of Peru and follow the Usui Ryho Reiki lineage. And much like the moon, it is my passion to mirror the beauty and light I see in others in times of darkness.
