With the rising cost of living impacting so many people, we’re bringing NEST to the heart of local communities and running a free program, empowering adults to cook nutritious and delicious meals on a budget, and grow their nutrition knowledge.

Our NEST team in Sydney will be running a free 6-week program from Tuesday 7th January to 11th February, 2025. Led by our friendly Nutritionists, you’ll learn how to cook easy, tasty and affordable meals (for under $5.00 a serve) as well as build on your food and nutrition knowledge in 6 fun, hands-on, 2.5 hour group sessions.

At NEST, you'll learn:

🥕 New cooking tips and tricks

🥫 How to understand food labels

💰 How to save money on your food budget

🥑 How to plan meals to reduce food waste

🦐 How to store food safely

At the completion of the program, you'll receive a certificate, take-home resources and your own copy of the OzHarvest Everyday Cookbook!

Program Details:

When: Every Tuesday for 6 weeks, starting 7th January.

*By registering for this NEST program, you will be signed up to all 6 sessions. Please ensure you are available to attend all 6 sessions.

Time: 9:00am - 11:30am

Cost: Free

This program is tailored for people 18+ years. Bookings are essential and will be capped at 10 people.
