A few tips to make your night more enjoyable.

Plan your night. Getting into and out of the city is different on New Year's Eve. Allow plenty of time to get to your vantage point and ensure you arrive before 10:30pm or you may not be able to get in. There will be large crowds and road closures, so don't leave your planning to the last minute!
Pack a picnic and a rug. There’ll also be food and beverage available to purchase at your vantage point.
Have your tickets ready when you arrive at your vantage point. You can show tickets on your phone or bring a printed copy.
Leave the car at home. There’ll be extra public transport services on New Year’s Eve. Visit our website for more information on public transport.

Arrival time

Gates will open at 5pm. Please arrive by 10:30pm at the latest.

No pass-outs

Once you enter your vantage point, you won’t be allowed to leave and re-enter. Make sure you have everything you need with you.

Can’t make it?

Please cancel your tickets to give someone else the opportunity to attend. 

1. Go to update order @EditOrderLink

2. Click the refunds tab

3. Select the tickets you wish to cancel and then click on refund 

4. You’ll receive an email notifying you of your cancellation
