Sydney New Year's Eve at Observatory Hill Park

Observatory Hill Park is close to the fireworks and a has a good view of the western side of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.  

There's steep grassy terrain in parts and views may be restricted in some areas.

Access information

• The site opens at 7pm and closes at 1am. 
• All ticket holders must arrive by 10.30pm. 

When you arrive

• Entry and exit to the park is at one location only. Follow signs to the entry.
• You'll need to sign in using the Service NSW QR code app.
  
• Bring your ticket on your device or printed out. Staff will scan the QR code at the entry.

Other things you need to know

• No glass, no camping, no pets, no busking, no alcohol is permitted.
• No food or beverage is available for purchase at this site.
• Toilets are available (including accessible toilets).
• Changing Places facility is available.
