HEART AWAKENING - Way of the Fire 🔥 Devonport

Join me, Dan Pauro, for a transformative 3-hour experience featuring Cacao, Spirit Breathwork, and a Sound Journey.

ABOUT THE EVENT

Our aim is to create a nurturing environment where you can shed the protective layers around your heart, allowing you to discover peace and fulfillment. This journey is crafted to guide you back to your authentic self, free from the distractions and pressures of contemporary life, as you return to a state of tranquility and rediscover your natural rhythm.

🔥Fire is often associated with renewal and cycles of life. For example, forests regenerate after wildfires, signifying the birth of new life from destruction.

Many traditions view fire as a cleansing force. It can symbolize the removal of impurities, making way for spiritual renewal and clarity.

* CEREMONIAL CACAO

We will begin our journey by delving into the transformative essence of Ceremonial grade Spirit Cacao. This sacred medicine fosters heart connections, self-discovery, and personal growth. Our ceremonial blend is crafted with care, using organic coconut milk and maple syrup, ensuring a delicious experience. Plus, our Spirit Cacao elixir is gluten-free and dairy-free, making it accessible for all.

* SPIRIT BREATHWORK

Spirit Breathwork transcends the simple act of deliberate breathing; it's a profound Breathing technique for transformation and healing. This holistic practice encompasses various therapeutic exercises designed to alleviate mental, physical, and emotional tension. Join us as we explore the profound benefits of Spirit Breathwork for your mind, body, and spirit.

* SOUND SCAPE

We'll immerse ourselves in a rich tapestry of ancient instruments and modern produced music including live Native American flutes, Didgeridoos, Rav drums, guitars, nature sounds, and Taonga Puoro, traditional Maori instruments.

* JOURNALING

We invite you to bring a journal for self-reflection, capturing your emotions, insights, revelations, and key takeaways. This practice helps you integrate your transformation into daily life. Journaling allows for the processing of suppressed emotions, enhancing your understanding of your path forward.
