What is the “The New Human – Meditation Group & Talk?”

Our Group's mission is to help people discover the benefits of meditation for improved mental and emotional well-being. We achieve this through welcoming and informative meetings that bring people together. These weekly gatherings combine meditation practices and 15-minute talks with specific subjects related to “The New Human” protocols and self-development tools.

(1) Talks (15-minute talk on subjects focused on self-development, mental health, and expansion of consciousness)

(2) Guided meditation with relaxation and healing so that the sphere of connection with body, mind, and spirit is created.

THE STRUCTURE

1hr15 meetings that take place every Tuesday (from 7pm to 8:15pm) and address different themes, but complementary to each experience:

Opening Meditation | 10 minutes
Talk about the theme of the day | 15 minutes
Sharing with participants | 15 minutes
Final Healing & Guided Meditation with relaxation | 20 minutes

Why "The New Human"?

We are in a moment of planetary transition. A moment in which we transcend an old frequency in which we followed the threshold of fear, beliefs and limitations, internal conflicts, and disconnection with who we are to enter a New Era - innovative, sustainable, aligned with the Universal source, and where all humans will be in search of and encounter with their inner and higher self (their hearts).

The New Human is the one who allows himself to go through the transition process, seeing it as an opportunity for the evolution and expansion of their consciousness. The surrender to self-knowledge brings us to a place of intuitive, honesty with ourselves, and acceptance and integration of all our fragments and experiences. The learnings become diamonds that propel us to build a story based on love, truth, light, and a solid and indestructible foundation.

Who is the Workshop/Meditation for?

For everyone who wishes to study more about Meditation, the New Planetary Transition, and the New Humans (that's us) in a unified way.

The insights shared in this workshop serve as guiding lights, offering inspiration and perspectives to help us forge meaningful connections with the current transformations, all while fostering compassion, wisdom, and discernment. Rooted in diverse ancestral traditions and effective self-discovery techniques, these teachings can be seamlessly integrated into our lives, imbuing them with relevance and profound significance.
