Sydney, I’m finally bringing my special Palestinian cooking classes there for 1 weekend in September. Come and learn how to make mansaf with lamb (vegetarian option available) and Knafeh. The recipes are gluten-free.

Together we will make a healthy meal that is full of flavour. Besides learning how to cook a new dish, you will learn more about my culture through music.

You can choose from 3 sessions:

1. Saturday 28th September from 11am-2pm at Magenta House, Redfern

2. Saturday 28th September from 4pm-8pm at 3Tomatoes Cafe in Ashfield

3. Sunday 29th September from 11am-2pm at Magenta House, Redfern - SOLD OUT! Waitlist only.

Each class will be held in an intimate setting. After the class, we will sit down to eat the food we made together.

The recipes I will share are my family recipes, especially from my grandmother & mother. Cook with love!
