For those of you who are interested in a bit of a deeper practice we are trailing the idea of a sessions that let you fully indulge in meditation practice. This is different from our Monday sessions where we sample all different types of meditation.

This is commencing with a session with us welcoming Markus Van Driel who will lead the session. Many of you may already know Markus as he has lead a few sessions for the group.

During the workshop we are going to look at how to use creative visualisation to create and strengthen our vision and overcome challenges.

Markus is a gay life and relationship coach. Markus is passionate about supporting and teaching his clients to feel confident when dating, and in their relationships, however, his methods have a noticeable impact on all areas of life, and he is excited to share the things he’s excited about.
