The Centenary Package offer to members and friends at a cost of $382.00 comprises the following events and includes a $45 tax deductible donation to our Centenary Project:

100th Anniversary Luncheon on 17 May, 2021
Opening of revitalised Guriwal Trail in Centennial Park (late May/June)

1st May Charter Date Cocktail Event

Celebrate 100 years since the Rotary Club of Sydney was chartered with cocktails and canapes at the Sydney Royal Mint in Macquarie Street from 5:30pm to 7:30pm on Saturday 1st May. Attendees at this event will receive a mint condition $1 coin to commemorate the Centenary. All Sydney Rotary Club members will also receive a Certificate to mark the occasion.

17th May 100th Anniversary Luncheon

Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of the first meeting of the Rotary Club of Sydney with a three-course luncheon, wine and a pre-lunch Rotary Cocktail at 12:30pm on Monday 17 May at Ariel Function, University Technology Sydney. Special guest will be His Excellency General the Honourable David Hurley AC, DSC,FTSE Governor General of Australia and Her Excellency Mrs Linda Hurley, Ambassadors for Rotary's Centenary in Australia. Also celebrate Rotary's first Residential Indigenous College to be built at UTS, part of launching the next 100 years of Rotary's Service Above Self.

Opening of Guriwal Trail in Centennial Park

Celebrate the opening of the revitalised Guriwal Trail in Centennial Park with an informal event after the opening on 28th May. This is a joint venture between Centennial Parklands, the City of Sydney Council and the Rotary Club of Sydney, linking the site to its original owners.

You are invited to make an additional donation to Rotary's Give Every Child a Future, our Centenary Project to immunise 100,000 children across nine Pacific Island countries ($45 to immunise 1 child, $450 (10 children) or $4,500 (100 children to celebrate 100 years. - Give Every Child a Future.
