Knox Grammar School/Ravenswood Student-Led Wellbeing Conference
Event description
The Knox Grammar School and Ravenswood School for Girls Student-Led Wellbeing Conference will
offer emerging student leaders the opportunity to participate in a student-led workshops series where
they will explore positive wellbeing strategies that can be applied personally and later shared with
their school community. Topics covered will include Self-Care, Mental Toughness, Giving Back, Sleep,
Motivation and Positive Relationships.
The keynote session will be led by Martin Heppell, Partner/Facilitator of The Resilience Project,
who will provide practical, evidence-based mental health strategies to build resilience and happiness
in the school context.
