This guided 3 hour workshop uses the art of rope, coupled with crystal bowl frequencies, to promote movement, harmony and balance.

Bodywork will draw you back to the present moment by connecting with your senses, using rope as a conduit.

This mindful practice begins with intentions for energetic consciousness, enhanced by delightful integration of sound vibrations.

This is an inclusive space to explore your mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Is it for me?

Duos or Individuals

You may attend with a buddy or as an individual.

You may switch throughout the workshop with your buddy. As an individual, you will have the beauty of connecting through self tying. Occasionally, other individuals may feel resonated to connect together at the workshop. There is no requirement to do so.

All Skill Levels

You do not need any prior shibari experience. This workshop will cater for beginners through to advanced participants.

What do I need to attend?

Please bring 3 x hanks of rope. (small amount of house rope can be provided - please advise). Water bottle. Comfortable clothing is recommended. Open mind and heart to explore.

When? - 6-9pm, Friday 17 November - Ticket sales close on Friday at 4pm.

Where? - NEW SOUTH WALES / Private Leichhardt venue close to PT, exact address provided to ticket holders the day before the event with details of parking and transport.

Accessibility: The main entrance to the space has about 12 steps up to it, however we can organise access from another area that only has one step if required.
There are 2 toilets and sinks, however there is a step up into the toilet space as well.

After successful Melbourne workshops, thier unique and transformative workshop is set to move you in new ways. Jess orchestrates enchanting workshops that captivate attendees, elegantly spotlighting their ability and boundless creativity. Their intricate knowledge of shibari lies in a synthesis of artistry and immersive exploration of spiritual disciplines. Practicing and learning the art of shibari since 2016, she offers bespoke one-on-one sessions affording clients an experiential voyage that encompasses somatics, chakra energy play, aromatherpeutic sensations, resonant sound therapy and contemplative meditation.

Nell is a heart-led, community-minded Inner West local, as well as Mum to joyous 4-year-old boy Vinny. Originally from German, they fell in love with the Inner West vibe of Sydney. She is a full-time practitioner and teacher of yoga and various spiritual practices. Nell believes there is always a reason, more often than not a mental and physical reason, why people take up spiritual practices. That ‘reason’ transforms and sees you never want to stop practising. Not only are you nurturing your body and health, but you are also doing a great thing for your environment and community – you are relating to people as the best version of yourself.
