David is playing a FREE SHOW in Sydney to celebrate his sophomore EP, ‘The Doubt Between Destinations’.
“This record is a collection of songs about realising he’s not who he used to be, but also not yet where, or who, he wants to be. It’s a record born in the space between certainty and doubt, faith and fear, who he was and who he is becoming.
David has learnt how easy it can be to tell people, ‘Yeah, I’m good,’ even when he’s not. Often, it has felt easier to pour the truth into a song than say it out loud. But these songs are teaching him that vulnerability can be beautiful, and that letting people in can often be the very thing that helps us heal.
His hope is that these songs find a home in people’s hearts, make them feel deeply, and remind them that they are not alone in this life.”
