For-purpose organisations are under constant pressure to find new revenue, but too often they chase whatever funding is available, then reshape themselves to fit it. This one-day course is designed to help you do the opposite: identify the revenue streams that genuinely fit your mission, stage of growth, and capabilities.

You’ll leave with a clearer revenue strategy, a better way to assess new opportunities, and more confidence in where your organisation should focus next.

What You’ll Learn

Relying on one type of funding can leave your organisation exposed. We'll explore the full range of revenue streams for for-purpose organisations: from grants and philanthropy to trading income and investment.
Connect Revenue Choices to strategy
Learn how to make revenue decisions that strengthen your mission rather than distort it. You’ll work through practical frameworks that link strategic priorities to financial sustainability.
