Sydney! It's time to get your chilli and barbecue sizzling on Sunday 8th March, 2026 from 11am to 7pm.

Tantalise your tastebuds by trying a range of goodies from over 20 Hellfire Alley chilli artisans allowing you to "try before you buy".

You'll also find a range of barbecue rubs, salts and even meet some Barbecue Specialists.

Enjoy some barbecued food from our specialist food vendors.

Whether cooking it or eating it - you'll be glad you came. We'll even cater for vegetarians!

Sample a great range of beverages from the bar, as well as some specially made chilli beer and some fun chilli cocktails on the day.

Enjoy live music and spicy food (yes we have whimpy food too!)

Don't worry, you can buy tickets online even while you're in the queue, and we will always accept cash at the gate as well.

All prices include GST.

Refund policy

All tickets are self-refundable up to 24 hours before event commencement, after which the following applies: (a) MCF will only offer a refund or exchange of a ticket if the event is cancelled by MCF. (b) MCF reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute chilli and food vendors, artists, exhibits, chilli attractions, entertainments, competitions and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements (including ticket categories) and audience capacity including for a Force Majeure Event. (c) If MCF cancels reschedules, changes / reduces in scope, relocates materially alters the event and where that results in the event being significantly different (when taken as a whole) from the event advertised and for which tickets were purchased and MCF considers a ticket refund or exchange of ticket is in order (d) MCF will reasonably endeavour to notify you via the MCF website using the contact details you provide during purchase (noting it is also your responsibility to ascertain and check if an Event has been cancelled, rescheduled or altered). (e) You acknowledge and agree that - - Material alteration (Significant change) or significantly different event conditions are event changes that occur including due to Force Majeure Events beyond MCF control which, in our reasonable opinion, makes the Event materially altered and significant different to that which was advertised and promoted at time of ticket sale and you would, as a consumer-purchaser, reasonably expect. - moving the event from outside to an inside venue which allows for the same presentation does not constitute a substantially different event. - force majeure events that may significantly impact the event requiring cancellation, rescheduling, reduction, or relocation include natural force of nature (act of God) events such as fires, floods, storms, temperature and humidity extremes, and “person-made” events (such as last minute key personnel vendor / performer cancellations, head venue license changes or cancellation, essential site infrastructure, electricity and water defects and any dangerous liquids or substances, motor vehicles, or related impacts) as well as regulatory authority, civil, work, health, safety or labour impacts and include events that even where the general nature of an event is foreseeable, the scope or severity of the event and its impact and consequences are not. - the number of persons permitted to be in the Venue may be affected by Head Venue Licensor or government (including council) regulations resulting in the Venue (or MCF, on behalf of the Venue) being required to or deciding to: - Cancel, postpone or the event; - reduce the number of persons who may attend the event; - change performance and seating areas or allocation; and/or - change any standing or seating configurations for attendance at the event; - MCF will reasonably consider replacing or refunding tickets for changes to allocated seating / VIP designated area changes that materially change the VIP advertised experience (for example vantage point viewing) but not for unallocated seating (general admission tickets). - proof of purchase may be required for any refund or exchange. - MCF liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges). Under no circumstances will MCF be liable to you for any other loss or damage will be liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation of an event, including any travel and accommodation expenses.
