Many have heard of Tantric Massage that may have included Yoni & Lingam massages - if you have fantastic, if you haven’t, that’s ok too!

This is a workshop that will help calm your nervous system, relax your body to a deeper level, and connect lovingly with an area that rarely gets love and affection but could give you so much fun, pleasure, openness, groundedness, and orgasms.

The tantric massage I studied focused on slowing down, starting to feel your body, practicing giving and receiving, leaning into feeling the emotions stored in the body, vulnerability, and being held. From that space, we connect with the ass and the pelvic floor. Did I mention emotions can be held in the ass?

This workshop will go through the practicalities of how to do anal work hygienically and safely. We will then expand into some anatomy, techniques, ways to release muscles (knots occur in more than the shoulders), and how to work with all the common pleasure points (we are unique as our finger prints after all), regardless of genitalia. And after that, I will guide you through the body massage and then the ass work.

Who is this for?

Anyone that is a bit of a tight ass! Jokes aside, this is for anyone with an ass who feels ready to explore a new side of themselves or want to explore a side of themselves in a new way.

You can come in any constellation as long as it can be divided into pairs. All gender and sexual orientations are welcome.

Pairing up on the day is not an option, if you can only make it alone (for whatever reason), you are welcome to come for the theory only (approx. 1hr) at the same cost.

What is it good for?

Releasing the pelvic floor is extremely beneficial for issues around PE, constipation, itchy ass (depending on the reason), pain during sex (and can sometimes be another area to explore if the vagina isn’t an option for various reasons), unbalanced pelvic floor, increased pleasure, increased orgasm potential, preparing for anal penetration with other than fingers (regardless of gender), reduced risk of prostate inflammation and so many other things.

As a tantric bodyworker and a pelvic floor bodyworker, Ami has experience in both doing and teaching how to do both genital and anal work. She is trauma-aware and has experience with trauma in this setting as these areas can set off triggers or bring up memories and attached emotions. If something comes up, please let her know, and also know that it might be painful and can be a positive healing thing. This is why communication, boundaries, and knowledge are keys to making this experience safe enough, as nothing is absolutely safe.

Do we need to interact with others?

No, in this workshop you will only be interacting and listening to me and the partner you arrived with. You are free to chat with the others on the break, ask questions, etc, butt you are free to stay in your own bubble.

What to wear:

Something that is comfortable enough to be on the floor, something that makes you feel happy, sensual, or relaxed, and not too warm as it can get hot in the room.

What to bring:

Water bottles

Two towels or sarongs to lay on and to cover the body.

A couple of pillows to lay on, a yoga mat, or a thicker mat if you have one.

What we provide:

Massage oil, lube, puppy pads, and gloves.

We will be working on the floor. There will be some thin yoga mats and pillows to borrow but it’s not an excessive amount so please bring enough to be comfortable.

FACILITATOR

Ami is a somatic sex & relationship coach, massage therapist, dance teacher & tantric bodyworker, with over 20 years of experience in teaching, coaching, and holding workshops in different settings and contents. She is now focusing on connection, consent, non-verbal communication, pleasure, and understanding the human body and nervous system.

She is originally from Sweden where she got her massage therapist and chemical engineering degree and then pivoted into the European sex-positive space 7 years ago, training and facilitating in Europe, Thailand, the US, and Australia.
