Sydney Chats: Connection Roundtable  - Thriving for Success

Join BWA members and guests, for a meaningful roundtable and sharing of insights as we discuss the opportunities and challenges that we experience to thrive for success. Hosted by Martina Saldi (Microsoft) this authentic, facilitated conversation is a great way to connect with entrepreneurial, executive, and professional women.

In our safe roundtable, with "Chatham House" rules we will cover the important themes that are so common to everyone juggling the complexities of leadership, management, and senior roles.

  1. How do I define success?
  2. What opportunities are in front of me, right now?
  3. What challenges/biases am I experiencing?
  4. How can I negotiate a better path forward?
  5. Are my beliefs self-limiting or growth oriented?
  6. How can I drive a change?

Thank-you to the team at Microsoft for providing nibbles and refreshments
