  • Your order will be reserved but sent to you only after the full payment plan has been completed.
  • A minimum upfront payment is required to secure your order. This includes a surcharge, a non-refundable cancellation fee, and a refundable deposit.
  • You’ll receive a notification before each payment attempt. You must ensure sufficient funds are available.

It is essential that you are agile on your feet to view houses which are small, some with steep stairs.  Please see our Terms of Entry

  • Friday 6 June 2025:   10am - 3pm    (shorter opening hours) $25
  • Saturday 7 June2025: 9am - 5pm  (staggered entry to reduce over crowding)
  • Sunday  8 June:   9am - 5pm    (staggered entry to reduce over crowding)
  • ----Arrive BEFORE 1pm and stay all day $35
  • -----Arrive AFTER 1pm for cheaper entry $20

The prices and staggered entry are for a good reason.  We experience over-crowing and long queues if this is not implemented.

For the same reason, there are not concessions and discounts offered.
