Details

Nature Conservation Council NSW is the state’s leading environmental advocacy organisation. Thanks to the generous support of thousands of people across the state, we’ve been able to drive the expansion of our national parks system, help formulate stronger laws to protect the environment, and dramatically improve the way we manage bushfires and land. But now more than ever nature needs a voice. Over a thousand plants and animals in NSW are at risk of extinction and our native forests are right now being turned into woodchips. As the states leading environmental advocacy organisation, it's our role to ensure nature is prioritised in the halls of power. We have the policy expertise, grassroots network and relationships inside the NSW Parliament. All we need is you.
