SWAN are delighted to announce Sonia Gibson and Sheridan Green as our speakers at the next SWAN event.
Sonia Gibson is the director of Accounting Heart Chartered Accountants. Using the feminine touch, Sonia has woven into Accounting Heart’s lifeforce a vision that sees business, money, and finances as more than just the numbers. Everything she does is underpinned by two core aspects: alignment between head and heart and a heart-based approach focused on well-being.
As the winner of 2020 Women in Finance - Accountant of the Year, Sonia’s philosophy is to work with business aligning the head and heart to educate, empower, and help business owners to implement strategies for long term success and simplified management.
Sonia has featured on ABC talkback radio, has featured in SmartCompany, Inside Small Business, Kochie's Business Builders and The Leadership Review, just to name a few.
Sheridan Green is the co-founder of Sovereign Private a two partner boutique accounting firm that started in 2014. The firm specialises in tax consulting, business services and corporate finance and now has 20 staff and revenue of over $6m. Sheridan was a tax director at Deloitte and in 2014 decided to leave and start her own firm. The journey has been busy, stressful but very rewarding - running your own practice is very different to merely being a Partner in a larger firm.
