What to expect: 

The Body Sync Series is a series of workshops guided by @GoldenLaKali where we connect with the ancient technology of the body,  syncing with the natural rhythms of our bodies, the planet, and the Universe through movement and holistic medicine.

In this Body Sync Series Session, Golden La Kali guides an experience of yogic movement to the rhythm of spoken word with a self-regulation tea offering to deprogram and reprogram the body to a self-regulated, aligned, and activated state.

Every 'Body Sync' Session has a different intention and focus. This month we are syncing with the New Moon in Sagittarius & Sun in Scorpio, embodying the body as an altar and offering to our Ancestors and higher self for our highest good and pleasure. 

After Tea & Yoga we will get to integrate our practice of “Altar-ed state" through community discussion in the beautiful space of Manos Sogrados. Feel free to come adorned with some sort of offering on your body that does not interfere with your yoga practice.
