Synchro 2023 Term 4

Vic Synchro are offering the following classes for Term 4:

REMINDER: COMPETITION PAYMENTS INCLUDE Term 4 synchro classes

• Synchro PT Strength & Conditioning 
  
  • Off-ice Wednesday 5:00-6:00pm
    
  • From 4-Oct to 6-Dec = 10 weeks
  • Full Term $160 or $20 single drop-in rate

• Synchro Flex 
  
  • Off-Ice Wednesday 7:00-7:45pm
    
  • From 4-Oct to 6-Dec = 10 weeks
  • Full Term $120 or $16 single drop-in rate

• On Edge Synchro Drop-in
  
  • Of-Ice Wednesday 8:30-9:30pm (optional off-ice 7:15pm)
    
  • From 4-Oct to 6-Dec = 10 weeks
  • Single drop-in rate $20

Please note: 

All on-ice classes are held during Icehouse Synchro Freestyle sessions: skaters need to pay for entry to these sessions directly to the rink. Drop-in is $20 per hour ($30 for 1.5 hour); however multipass and membership options are available to reduce this cost.

All skaters must be members of VSIC (VicSynchro) and hold ISA personal accident insurance (through either ISV or Aussie Skate membership). Use ISV GameDay Registration to renew or sign up.

Refunds are only available for serious accident, injury or change or circumstances. Please apply in writing to secretary@vicsynchro.net
