MENSTRUAL HEALTH DAY RETREAT
This is your invitation to join the Menstrual Health Revolution! During this day retreat you will learn how to sync your life, energy, and work with your cycle and transform your health from the inside out.
This Menstrual health day retreat is designed to help you live harmoniously with your body’s natural rhythms and unlock the power of your cycle.
There is a lot we have not been taught and told about our bodies and how they function. We live in a society that is based on the 24 hour clock of mens hormones. Sadly this means that we have accepted that pain, frustration at our body and anything else unpleasant around our bleeds is "normal". I'm here to tell you its not.
While a lot of this is learning we will be doing rituals, fun embodiment activities and moving to help the wisdom drop into our bodies.
This workshop is for you if you:
🩸 Experience painful or irregular bleeds, cramping, headaches, migraines
🩸 Struggle with PMS, PMDD, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, fibroids, infertility, or other period-related challenges
🩸 Want to lose or control weight healthily without needing fad diets, or reduced eating
🩸 Feel constantly overwhelmed, burned out, or unable to keep up with your to-do list
🩸 Desire to have reduced stress and higher and more consistent energy
🩸 Desire more fun, pleasure, and flow in your life, but struggle with organisation or feel time poor
🩸 Have tried every planner out there but still feel scattered
🩸 Are curious about biohacking but unsure where to begin
🩸 Desire to learn how to connect more with your body in all its cycles
🩸 Desire to learn how to do rituals to honour your cycle,
🩸 Learn how to use herbs, exercise, foods and natural ways to increase fertility and reduce hormonal imbalances rather than invasive medical procedures
Your menstrual cycle is not meant to be painful. Your mood is not meant to feel out of control. When in alignment with your natural rhythms, your cycle can actually be a superpower, helping to counteract pain and fatigue and achieve incredible things. Unfortunately, the medical system often fails to provide women with the necessary knowledge to harness this potential. If this speaks to you or if you know there is a better way, than this workshop is for you.

🩸 This is a day spa retreat and we will be nurturing your mind body and soul. The Venue has a Spa, Sauna and Pool for you to use in the lunch break.

🩸 LUNCH- we are in warrandyte. There is uber eats available and a IGA close by but you will have more time to enjoy the Spa, Sauna and Pool if you bring your own food.
🩸 Journal or writing material (You will want to take notes)
🩸Comfy and warm clothes
🩸 A towel and bathers (option for nudity if consented to the group)

Hi, I’m Esther Ogilvie, a Qualified Menstrual Health Educator, and a trauma, somatic, and sexuality therapist with a deep commitment to empowering individuals to connect more profoundly with their bodies. Drawing from over a decade of experience in trauma therapy, sex education, and holistic health practices, I am passionate about helping individuals reclaim balance, healing, and vitality through informed, cycle-based living.
