Together, we’ll honour the bold, instinctive energy of the Fire Horse while creating space to slow down, reconnect with yourself and notice where you may be craving greater balance.

This isn’t about changing who you are or becoming something more. It’s an invitation to return to the strength, softness, courage and inner wisdom already within you.

Throughout the evening, you’ll be gently guided through an earth ritual, Reiki and a meditative journey - supporting deeper connection, balance and embodied presence.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, open-hearted and more connected to yourself, with a thoughtfully prepared self-care pack to continue nurturing the experience at home.

No previous experience is needed. Simply come as you are.

What to bring

Wear something comfortable that allows you to fully relax. Everything needed for the evening will be prepared for you, including mats, cushions and blankets.

You may also like to bring a water bottle and anything else that helps you feel comfortable.
