Systemic Circle

The Systemic Circle is a lived experiential healing approach, based on systemic & family constellations, radical compassion & somatic awareness.  

Event Details  

• You will be able to register as either an Issue holder or a Representative ( read more below for clarification ) 
• Please arrive at the venue at 8:45am for a 9:00am start
• We will have tea and treats provided with GF options
• Please bring your own lunch or pop into a local cafe at lunch break
• Please wear layers of clothing to adjust for temperature changes and weather and bring a water bottle and a cushion

Book a ticket as an Issue holder: If you know it's time and you are ready to look at your own issues, things that have been bubbling up, needing support for a long time or they are jumping up and down for your attention, then you can book in as an Issue holder and have a guaranteed focus on your issue.

Book a ticket as a Representative: If you are ready but nervous or a bit more introverted, you can book in to be a representative for the day. You get to be a part of the healing without having the focus be directly on you. You still have huge benefit. You still have your own issues indirectly addressed without the spotlight. Many participants come as representatives, and love to receive healing this way.

How it works:
A Systemic Circle is a lived experiential approach where other individuals represent aspects of your life, environment or inner world, allowing you to become a witness to the healing of your own story. It is a process that allows all the elements of any issues, problems or patterns to be represented in physical space to be seen, acknowledged and experienced. Healing happens for both the Issue holder and the Representative. Many participants frequently attend as representatives, as they prefer not to have focus directly on them or they don't have a significant issue to explore but appreciate the personal healing they receive each time they are a representative for someone else's issue.

More about me:
I am a trauma informed practitioner, educator and mentor. I have been hosting and facilitating healing events and experiences for over 20 years.My own personal journey with healing has informed the work I do and I know that the task to move towards healing is not always easy, especially when you are a caregiver and put others first. I am dedicated to deep compassion practices and exploring the challenges and beauty of the human experience. I especially encourage other helping professionals and carers to include themselves in these sacred sessions and allow themselves to receive the healing they often deny themselves.
