Systemic Practice in Organisations
Description
SYSTEMIC PRACTICE IN ORGANISATIONS
Inhabiting the work - Bringing the work into practice
From understanding the work to bringing it into practice
A two-day experiential program for coaches, facilitators and organisational practitioners
8–9 February 2027 | Sydney
Perhaps you’ve experienced the value of systemic work, but find yourself wondering:
· How do I bring this into my organisational work with confidence?
· How do I introduce it naturally with a client?
· How might it complement the approaches I already use?
This program has grown out of research with practitioners across Australasia about what helps systemic work become more natural, accessible and integrated.
RESOURCING to APPLICATION
DAY 1 – RESOURCING
Inhabiting the work
Explore what supports or gets in the way of bringing systemic intelligence into your practice. Through experiential work, mapping and reflection, we’ll explore relational information, resources, patterns and ways of integrating systemic approaches with existing practice.
DAY 2 – APPLICATION
Bringing the work into practice
Work with common coaching, leadership and organisational scenarios and experiment with different pathways:
Conversation · Tabletop · Floor · Representatives
Practise. Observe. Reflect. Try again.
There is no single right way to work systemically. The intention is to develop the confidence and agency to find what is useful for you, your client and the context.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Practitioners with some exposure to systemic coaching, constellations or systemic thinking who want to:
build confidence
deepen practice
bring the work into organisational settings
integrate it with existing approaches
find their own way
