Systems and Change - Interactive workshop
Event description
This interactive workshop will address the challenge of how an individual can begin to influence system-level change. Participants will explore how to create collaborative and collegial relationships to aid in change-making. They will also learn tools to undertake systemic diagnosis, intervention design and change planning.
This workshop will be led by Peter Lawless, from Phoenix Facilitation. Based in Nelson, Peter has a wide professional practice that focuses primarily on facilitating community processes and developing strategies to deal with the future. Peter is the independent facilitator for the Nelson Biodiversity Strategy, the Kaikoura Coastal Guardians, and the Marlborough Marine Futures.
A vegetarian lunch will be provided. If you have any additional dietary requirements (e.g. vegan, gluten free, nut allergy) please email Christina at volunteer@ntcf.nz.
