This workshop offers a comprehensive exploration of the intricacies of providing effective support to survivors while prioritising the well-being of staff and clients. Through a blend of theoretical frameworks, practical strategies, and interactive activities, participants will gain valuable insights into addressing systemic biases, implementing trauma-informed practices, fostering collaborative partnerships with survivors, and nurturing staff self-care and resilience.
