Systems and Processes - Masterclass

Aaron Birkby, our Entrepreneur in Residence, will deliver this Masterclass via zoom for all Mackay Isaac Whitsunday residents interested in attending. We will be hosting a viewing at Split Spaces for those who want to come and and catch up during the Masterclass.  

Every founder faces a common challenge of spending too much time in the business, rather than on the business. In this workshop we will share techniques and strategies for you to spend less time on the tools delivering your product or service, so that you can spend more time on growing your business.
