Welcome & Introduction – Setting intentions and creating a safe, inclusive space
Guided Embodied Practices – Sensory awareness exercises to attune to internal and external systems
Systems Mapping – Collaborative exploration of systemic patterns through embodied mapping techniques
Reflection & Integration – Sharing insights and discussing applications in real-world scenarios
Closing Circle – Consolidating learning and setting intentions for ongoing practice
