Welcome!

The T Gen Team is taking you back to school, this time to help you feel more confident in your ability to piece together effective training programs that give you the best opportunity to make them gaaaiiins.

This is for everyone in the community, especially those who don't have consistent access to LGBT+ coaching services, and will be focused on the basics of program writing. The more advanced elements of program writing will come in the consecutive workshops.

During this workshop, we'll be covering:

- What is a program and why are they important?

- Basic principles of structuring a program for either general health, strength, or muscle mass.

- Exercise selection relevant to specific goals, and equipment

- FAQs

- Helping you build your own 4wk program to take home and put to use!
