Event description

Classes are designed to create a calm and relaxed environment where you can leave the outside world behind and focus on you and your baby. Enjoy an environment that will help you to bond with your baby. Explore sound, touch, movement, smell and light. Together, we will 'breath and reset'!

You are welcome to stay and enjoy a cup of tea after class. 

Wednesdays 12.30am - 1.30pm

Refund policy

Refunds will not be issued less than 7 days prior to event/class start date unless a medical certificate is produced or in the event of exceptional circumstances. A full refund will be provided if a class is cancelled by the Centre.
