Coogee to Bondi Walk for International Students!
Are you new to Australia and want to experience the closest beach to campus? 🏖
Join us for a half day tour to walk along the famous coastal walk from Coogee to Bondi Beach, meet students from around the world, get to know our friendly Cultural Mentors and learn about beach safety at the same time! 🏊♂️
We will start at Coogee Surf Life Saving Club for a Beach Ocean Safety workshop, there will be four sessions to choose from. Attendance at the Beach Ocean Safety workshop is mandatory to join us for the walk.
Date: Friday 13th February (Friday, O-Week)
Times (please pick ONE session):
Session 1: 8:40am – 9:15am
Session 2: 9:15am – 9:50am
Session 3: 9:50am – 10:25am
Session 4: 10:25am – 11:00am
Please ensure you arrive on time for your session you have registered for.
Meeting location: Coogee Surf Life Saving Club (Carr St &, Beach St, Coogee NSW 2034)
What to bring: Reusable water bottle to fill up on the walk, sunscreen, sun hat, comfortable walking shoes and snacks.
Wet Weather Plan: In the event of wet, or extreme weathers, this event will be cancelled.
