T2 2023 - Mums 'n' Bubs Yoga
Event description
New mums are invited to come in with bub and enjoy a 1-hour yoga class with experienced instructor Grace Koay, who specialises in postnatal yoga and passionate about nurturing new mothers. Her classes are uplifting and light-hearted, helping mum move and strengthen, while engaging with baby.
Please bring a towel to throw over your yoga mat, a small floor rug for bub and water.
Term 2 runs for 7 sessions (please note, no class on King's Birthday holiday)
