T2D Project 1:1 meeting at Glandore Community Centre

Please note all meeting times for this location have been booked for 2023. Appointments are still available at our other two locations. 

Meetings with the T2D Project Team are available Monday to Saturday across multiple locations with the option to participate virtually. Just confirm your preference of virtual or in-person when completing your booking.
