Term 3 | 8-Week Series | Generation Yogi

Join the Generation Yogi village, a welcoming space for mums and their babies to move, connect, and feel supported in early motherhood 🩷

This class exists to hold women through one of the most tender, transformative seasons of life. It’s a space for women supporting women, sharing experiences, bonding with their babies, and gently reconnecting with mind, body, and soul 🙏

Our Mums & Bubs Yoga sessions include:

✨️ Gentle postnatal movement to stretch and strengthen the body after birth

✨️ Space to honour your body and move at your own pace

✨️ Time to connect with other mums and bubs in a non-judgmental environment

✨️ Opportunities to share experiences, breathe, and simply be

✨️ Playful songs, gentle movement, and baby-friendly moments woven throughout

This is not about “getting back” to anything.

It’s about honouring where you are, honouring your body, and honouring the shared stage of life within the group.

You are welcome to:

🧘‍♀️ Rest whenever you need

🧘‍♀️ Feed, settle, or tend to your baby

🧘‍♀️ Join in as much or as little as feels right

No yoga experience needed. No age limit for babies.

You simply need clearance from your doctor to resume exercise (generally from six weeks post-birth).

📆 Day & Time: Fridays, 10:45-11:45am

🕙 Term Length: 8 weekly classes starting 31st of July

What to Bring:

Comfortable attire for free movement.
Water to stay hydrated.
A small blanket or pillow for your baby's comfort.
