This week, Wellness Warriors are focusing on physical wellbeing!

Movement plays an important role in supporting both our physical and mental wellbeing. Regular movement can help boost energy, reduce stress, improve mood and support our overall health, and it doesn’t always have to mean an intense workout!

On the Wednesday of Week 2, Wellness Warriors are inviting you to explore a more playful way to get moving with Puppy Yoga with our vendor Puppy Yoga Australia. Combining gentle exercise, stretching and relaxation with the joy of spending time with puppies, these sessions are an opportunity to move your body, slow down and take some time for yourself.

There will be two sessions available, with limited spots in each session. Book before spots go!

No yoga experience is required. 🐾

Please meet our volunteers at Arc Front Desk and we will take you to the location where Puppy Yoga will be held nearby.
