Event description

The concept of sound therapy is based on the idea that every part of your body creates a vibration which resonates in a particular way.

Everything in the universe - including our bodies - is in a state of vibration.

I am not claiming any health benefits here from our gathering with sacred sound. Our intention for this circle is to invite you into a place of deep relaxation and peace through the process.

I will say however that I have personally witnessed experiences with sacred sound where people have seen vivid colours come into their minds eye, as clear as day corresponding to a particular tone, I have also seen others that have had blurred vision for up to an hour after they open their eyes.

It really is an immersion, a full body experience and that is why I like to refer to it as a sound bath.

Having half the walls in the building being floor to ceiling glass, it impacted on a whole different level to any sound session I have attended before when we last held a women's circle like this in this building.

If you feel aligned to come along and experience it for yourself, we would love to hold you in a frequency reset while you embrace your inner stillness.

What to bring -

  • A yoga mat or blanket to lay on

  • A blanket or jumper to place over you, as it can get cold laying still for a long period in that space

  • A water bottle

We cannot wait to share this evening with you.

Much love,

Hayley, Jess & Megan. xxx
