Back by popular demand... pickling and fermenting workshop number 2!
Curious about fermenting and pickling?
Join Graham Jefferies from low waste award-winning restaurant Samesyn 2.0 for practical tips on how to make your own pickled and fermented foods at home.
Be inspired and learn the basics around pickling and fermenting and how these methods can help reduce food waste, add extra flavour to your cooking and extend the shelf life of different foods.
Participants will be treated to some small nibbles from Samesyn to provide an example of how to incorporate preserved foods in your cooking. Plus, a single-origin black coffee will be served on arrival (note - coffee is served black with no milk, please BYO reusable cup).
*Please note this event is for Surf Coast Shire residents only - you will be required to select your postcode in the registration process.
Limited places available - this one will sell out fast!
