WHAT IS SOUND HEALING ?

Sound healing is an ancient wellness practice for healing, relaxation, and self-care.

Sound vibrations have a very powerful effect on our minds and bodies. Research shows us that sound healing can slow down our brain waves and put our bodies in a very relaxed, dreamlike state. It may also helps with certain physical and mental health conditions, like a symphony of locks and keys where the sound unlocks energies clearing them from the body.

In this session the sound healing will allow you mind, body and soul to be swept away with sounds made by music instruments like chimes, gongs, drums, flute and crystal singing bowls.

Tracey's journey started at an early age with curiously dabbling in manifestation, spirituality and self healing but kicked in seriously after visiting the doctor numerous times with the same symptoms and no success. She told her doctor she was going to sack him if he didn't take her seriously. Her intuition was right and so began her holistic healing journey.

Being of Maori decent and understanding her connection to the land and intuitive ability. Tracey was empowered by her ancestors and encouraged on her self healing which created space for her to understand her life journey.

The healing modalities Tracey uses in her every day practice being Spinal Energetics, Shadow Alchemy, Spinal Flow Technique, Reiki, Cacao and meditation has meaning for her wellness and aligns with her people/You.

Bringing this experience to circles, retreats, events, community and creating healing energy for ourselves and the extended community is priority on her list as an offering for what she is grateful to have received.

Chrissie has been intuitive for as long as she can remember. Raised in dysfunction and trauma, she quickly learned to read people, situations. Her sensitivity and abilities later led her to explore various healing modalities and spiritual practices.

Over a decade ago, after a bout of ill health with no answers from mainstream medicine, Chrissie sought a holistic route. During a transformative healing experience, she received visions and insights into the power of not only her energy but her hands & body, prompting her to formally train in energy therapies. This, coupled with a nervous system injury and a diagnosis of CPTSD due to childhood trauma, became a driving force in Chrissie's commitment to supporting people in their trauma recovery and nervous system healing.

With a background in family support and nursing in palliative care (hospice), assisting the dying on their journey out of this realm, Chrissie's understanding of life, death, and the healing process has deepened, enriching her practice with compassion and wisdom.

Chrissie is trained in Spinal Energetics, Reiki, Shamanics, Alpha Alignment, and Sound/Vibration healing, with more to come. Her approach integrates holistic energy work, trauma-informed practices, and an understanding of the human spirit.

Driven by a desire to make a meaningful impact, Chrissie is committed to helping others heal and find their true path. She believes true transformation occurs when we integrate all parts of ourselves, creating space for growth and self-love.

Courtney who is also of Maori decent is a Massage Therapist, Reiki, and Sound Healing Practitioner who found her purpose in helping and inspiring others. Her journey began with studying massage therapy, discovering Reiki after postnatal depression, and feeling drawn to crystal quartz singing bowls during meditation. This has led her to sound baths, combining modalities to promote calm, alignment, and self-discovery for herself and others.
The modalities she has acquired are instrumental in supporting both herself and her family. She has developed a deep affection for them because they have been invaluable on her path to where she is today and embracing her life's purpose.
