Through a series of interactive connection practices, you’ll be gently guided into deeper understanding, authentic expression, and meaningful connection — with yourself and others. In a partnered and group setting, these practices invite more trust, openness, and intimacy into your life.

From this space, we will move into gentle Tai Chi and Qigong, allowing the body to soften, energy to flow, and inner harmony to deepen. As nature comes into full bloom, this is an invitation for you to do the same — to open, expand, and allow what’s been quietly growing within you to emerge.

During this community gathering, we hold a sacred and supportive space — a judgement-free haven for healing, conscious connection, and personal expansion. A space where trust deepens, hearts open, and transformation naturally unfolds.

Flow of this special evening of unity:

Arrive at 5:20pm to gather, connect, hydrate, and settle into the space
Ground together, set intentions, and open the evening

A series of Interactive Connection Practices in a partnered/group format will harbour in more understanding, trust, deeper communication skills and more intimacy to your life.

We will then flow into a Tai Chi and Qigong practice (part of the Qigong session will include a lie down/energy healing meditation - please bring something comfortable to lie down on)

We conclude with a check in circle where you are invited to share feedback about your experience of the night.

𝑳𝑼 𝑱𝑰𝑵 is a Certified Spring Forest Qigong Practice Group Leader and a gifted Energy Healer who taps into divine vibrations to help bring relaxation and calm to the body, mind and spirit. Lu has facilitated Qigong & Energy Healing sessions for children, seniors, and the general public in various locations, including Nepal, Kazakhstan, Western Australia and New South Wales. Lu is also a Life Coach, Neuro Semantics Trainer, NLP Master Practitioner & Enneagram Facilitator. Lu's mission is to help heal the world from human suffering and empower people in going deep within to rediscover their internal powers and lead them into a journey of success and personal evolution.

JOANNE FABRI is a Certified Tai Chi for Health & Simon Blow Qigong Instructor based on the South Coast of NSW. With over a decade of teaching experience, she is passionate about sharing these gentle, flowing practices, offering them as a pathway back to balance, presence and inner peace. Her classes gently support balance, flexibility and strength, while calming the nervous system and restoring a sense of ease and harmony within.

Joanne holds a warm, compassionate space where all are welcome - inviting each person to slow down, breathe, connect and awaken their body's natural wisdom, innate healing energy and soul growth.
