Kate is a qualified instructor and a life member of the World Tai Chi Boxing Association (WTBA) and has been a practitioner for over 30 years and teaching independently for over 20 years.

Kate has a special interest in teaching people with disabilities and adapting forms and qigongs to suit the needs of the people participating in a class. Tai chi has allowed Kate to have an exercise routine and to live a healthy life that is relatively pain-free.
