6 FREE Tai Chi Sessions at the MAC (Mission Australia Centre) will start on 23rd February for 6 weeks.

We are so pleased to respond to what community asked for. Tai Chi develops awareness through movement and is suitable for adults of all ages & abilities. These sessions will help improve strength, flexibility and balance. Tai Chi also helps people feel more relaxed, grounded and present in their bodies. This can lower anxiety, improve focus and sleep.

The Tai Chi Sessions are open to the public to attend so please let your friends, neighbours, clients, or anyone interested, know to come along. Community workers are most welcome to join also!

Numbers are limited. The preference is to come to all sessions, but people can drop in for a session to try it out.

Sessions are 2-3pm on Thursdays:

The 1 hr session will be followed by a cuppa and chat.

These soft entry points assist in breaking down social isolation, learning new skills for resilience and creating opportunities for referrals to targeted support services.
