Join us for online Tai Chi with Ric. This ancient Chinese art is an exercise for the health of your mind and body. The control of movement and breath generates internal energy and mindfulness. The format and the pace of the class are tailored to the abilities and needs of participants.

This class is held from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm.

This event is hosted by the Older Women's Network (OWN) NSW using Zoom.

Please consider making a donation to keep our OWN NSW online classes going ($5 - $10 per class). If you cannot make a contribution to our class, we will still be delighted to have you!
