P4P has organised for CCIWA to deliver an online briefing on the new IR laws tailored to our community services sector.
As well as providing a brief overview, the webinar will focus on the following issues that are of particular importance to our sector
- Pay secrecy clauses and changes to workplace rights;
- Changes to fixed and maximum term contracts;
- The new supported bargaining stream and the impact it will have for organisations receiving government funding; and
- Brief overview of the changes in respect to flexible working requests.
The webinar is free for P4P members and there will be a small charge for non-P4P members.
