P4P has organised for CCIWA to deliver an online briefing on the new IR laws tailored to our community services sector.

As well as providing a brief overview, the webinar will focus on the following issues that are of particular importance to our sector

Pay secrecy clauses and changes to workplace rights;
Changes to fixed and maximum term contracts;
The new supported bargaining stream and the impact it will have for organisations receiving government funding; and
Brief overview of the changes in respect to flexible working requests.
